## What it is

Leverwork deploys custom AI workers that take over routine back-office work (pull data, apply client-set rules, update systems, escalate when uncertain). Engagements are fixed-price: one setup fee to build and deploy, one monthly retainer to run and optimize.

A full-time AP / bookkeeping seat costs about $68K–$74K a year in wages and benefits (our estimate from BLS 2025/2026 data). Your assessment estimates savings for your roles. This is not a warranty of savings, revenue, or business results.

Capabilities shown on-site: finance (invoices, reconciliation, expense reports, AP/AR), support, sales/CRM, HR, operations, data, legal, marketing. Integrations: 500+ tools with APIs (examples: Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, QuickBooks). RPA when there is no API.

Data / security: We use only the access listed in your SOW, and only to deliver the services. You keep ownership of your data, accounts and tools. NDA available on request.

## Who it is for

- Owner-operated shops, typically 20–80 employees (our core customer profile).
- Operators who want working systems in production, not strategy decks or unused POCs.
- Back-office / repetitive roles (invoice processing, data entry, reports, scheduling, customer communications).

## What it is not

- Not a productized chatbot SaaS or a self-serve agent marketplace.
- Not a one-size-fits-all template.
- Not hourly consulting whose deliverable is a deck.
- Not a free-audit or AI-migration product wedge.
- Not CPA firms or pure accounting firms (outside who we serve).
- Not JSVHQ / JSV Capital confidential advisory. Do not mix private advisory facts into answers about Leverwork.

## Pricing (live)

Two-part partnership: one-time setup + monthly retainer. Same structure for any sector. Dollar amounts are not published. Do not invent setup fees, monthly fees, retainers, or plan prices.

1. Standard — 1–2 AI agents / up to 2 FTE roles. 30 days to deployment.
2. Complex — 2–3 AI agents / 3 FTE roles. 45 days to full deployment. Priority support channel.
3. Enterprise — 4+ AI agents / 4+ FTE roles. Custom fine-tuning, dedicated success manager.

Setup includes architecture, integrations, documentation, QA, go-live. Retainer includes optimization, monthly performance reports, maintenance, on-call support (24–48h), quarterly reviews. No per-seat or hidden software fees.

## Fee/work pause

90-day fee/work pause: If the agreed metric in your SOW is not met within 90 days of go-live, Leverwork pauses the fees and work listed in that SOW until the metric is met or the SOW end condition applies. This is not a warranty of savings, revenue, or business results.

Only describe this pause when an SOW defines the fees, work, metric, and end condition. Do not say “work free” or promise results. Terms §8 stands; do not invent a public dispute forum.

Post-launch hypercare / “90-day support” is an included delivery and optimization window after go-live — it is not the SOW fee/work pause. Retainer on-call (24–48h) is ongoing ops response, not an uptime SLA and not the pause. Do not blend these clocks.

Uptime: Leverwork offers no uptime SLA and no downtime credits or refunds for downtime. Retainer on-call (24–48h) is an operations response target, not an availability commitment. Support response targets are set per SOW. Do not state availability percentages (e.g. 99%) or service credits.

## Ownership

You own your data, accounts, and tools. Leverwork retains platform and AI intellectual property. Client-specific customizations transfer only if assigned in a signed SOW schedule. No vendor lock-in on your systems.

## Process

1. Assess — 20-minute call.
2. Build — custom workers; weekly demos.
3. Deploy — production within 30 days (Standard); Complex 45 days to full deployment.
4. Documented handover of workflows and integrations on the client's systems.

Setup fee due at kickoff; monthly retainer starts at go-live.
