Jonas Sørensen

Jonas has built and operated businesses across marketing, technology, and consulting — running multiple companies simultaneously with lean teams. That forced early automation out of necessity, not curiosity.

After deploying AI workers across his own operations, the pattern was obvious: mid-size companies everywhere were paying people to do work that AI handles better, faster, and cheaper. But they couldn't find anyone to actually build the systems — just firms selling strategy decks and proof-of-concepts that never made it to production.

Leverwork is the fix. Fixed-price engagements, a target go-live set in your SOW, and a 90-day fee/work pause on agreed SOW metrics — not a warranty of business results. No theory. No pilots that go nowhere. Just AI workers doing real work.

Every engagement is fixed-price. 90-day fee/work pause: If the agreed metric in your SOW is not met within 90 days of go-live, Leverwork pauses the fees and work listed in that SOW until the metric is met or the SOW end condition applies. This is not a warranty of savings, revenue, or business results.

Built for 20–80 employees

Owner-operated shops big enough to have real operational overhead. Lean enough that eliminating two or three repetitive roles changes the economics of the whole business. Not CPA firms or pure accounting firms.

Your data, accounts, and tools

You own your data, accounts, and tools. Leverwork retains platform and AI intellectual property. Client-specific customizations transfer only if assigned in a signed SOW schedule. No vendor lock-in on your systems. Handover means documented workflows, integrations on systems you own, and operating runbooks — not Leverwork-provisioned LLM/cloud keys (custody is SOW-only) and not a public code/prompts deliverable list.
