We start with a kickoff call to understand your specific situation. Then we schedule 2-3 shadowing sessions with your current employees to document workflows. By day 7, you'll have a complete process map, baseline metrics, and a technical architecture plan.

Edge cases are where most automation fails–so we prioritize them. During Discovery, we specifically map out exception handling, decision trees, and escalation paths. During Build, we test against real edge cases from your historical data. The system only handles what it's confident about; everything else gets escalated to your team with full context.

90-day fee/work pause: If the agreed metric in your SOW is not met within 90 days of go-live, Leverwork pauses the fees and work listed in that SOW until the metric is met or the SOW end condition applies. This is not a warranty of savings, revenue, or business results. We're a true partner–we only win when your automation keeps delivering value. Our partnership commitment means ongoing tuning against your SOW metrics.

Discovery requires 4-6 hours total from your team (spread across the week). Build phase requires 1-2 hours per week for feedback and demos. AI workers handle the repeatable work in a role. Your team reviews exceptions and approvals. Oversight time depends on your workflows and is set in your SOW.
