If you're comparing Standard and Complex, the seat count is only half the decision. The other half is what the deploy asks of your team.
Target go-live: about 30 days from kickoff. Your timeline is set in your SOW.
What makes a deploy complex
Complex is the track for multiple workflows or teams, custom integrations, or heightened data-handling or approval requirements. Go-live means the AI workers are live in your production workflow, with monitoring in place, not a pilot slide deck.
Use the deploy to plan:
- Kickoff access: systems, sample queues and named approvers ready at kickoff.
- Demos and validation: owners stay in the loop; judgment stays with your team.
- Go-live and hypercare: some workflows may land earlier than others; hypercare is included delivery care right after go-live.
- Retainer start: the monthly retainer starts at go-live; the setup fee is set in your SOW.
What it is not
- Not a reason to skip the 20-minute assessment. That call maps which workflows and systems point to Standard or Complex.
- Not a free audit or a migration project.
Owner checklist before you book
- You run a 20–80 person shop and the buyer is the owner.
- You suspect more than one related workflow or team is involved.
- You can protect stakeholder time for demos, edge cases and approvals.
- You're fine with illustrative seat-cost examples until your assessment estimates your numbers.
- You understand that the 90-day fee/work pause under SOW §7 is tied to the agreed Success Metric and is not a warranty of savings or results.

Book a 20-minute assessment. We'll tell you honestly whether Standard is enough or whether Complex is the right track.
