If you run a 20–80 person owner-operated shop, marketing that promises to recover your setup fee within 90 days is the wrong door. Leverwork’s public commitment is narrower and contract-tied.
The live canon
90-day fee/work pause: If the agreed metric in your SOW is not met within 90 days of go-live, Leverwork pauses the fees and work listed in that SOW until the metric is met or the SOW end condition applies. This is not a warranty of savings, revenue, or business results.
That language is what appears on pricing, the homepage, and llms.txt. Use it as written.
What it is not
- Not “work free” if results disappoint.
- Not a blanket promise that you recover the setup fee inside 90 days.
- Not a promise of a specific dollar savings figure from a homepage chart.
A full-time AP / bookkeeping seat costs about $68K–$74K a year in wages and benefits (our estimate from BLS 2025/2026 data). Your 20-minute assessment estimates the figures for your roles.
Why owners care
The pause only exists when an SOW defines the fees, the work, the metric, and the end condition. That is why the door is a 20-minute assessment (book) for the owner — not ops/IT — and why the Standard timeline is set in your SOW.
Pricing reminder
Same two-part partnership for any sector: Standard Talk to us (Target go-live: about 30 days from kickoff, set in your SOW), Complex Talk to us (45 days), Enterprise Talk to us.
Ownership reminder
You own your data, accounts, and tools. Leverwork retains platform and AI IP. Client-specific customizations transfer only if assigned in a signed SOW schedule — not “you own everything we build.”
Next step
Run the calculator, then book the 20-minute assessment. Bring the seat you want scoped; the SOW metric is what the pause attaches to.
