A standard deploy goes fastest when the owner is ready on day one.

6 min read

Leverwork Standard is built for owner-operated shops (typically 20–80 people): Talk to us for current pricing, 1–2 AI agents / up to 2 FTE roles. Target go-live: about 30 days from kickoff. Your timeline is set in your SOW. Complex and Enterprise exist when the role graph is wider — see pricing.

The deploy clock starts when the owner has decided the first seat and can open the systems that seat touches. Ops can help; the buyer stays the owner.

Lock these before kickoff

  1. First seat — AP or Support for your vertical (not a chatbot experiment). Use the live seat posts if you need the angle.
  2. Systems you own — accounting, inbox, ticketing, ERP/WMS, or agency tools the seat will pull from and write to.
  3. Client-set rules — approval thresholds, exception paths, and what must never auto-post.
  4. Escalation human — who gets uncertain cases within 24–48h on-call expectations.
  5. Success definition — which tickets/invoices/exceptions count as done in week one vs week four.

What not to optimize for

  • Free-audit theater or “AI migration” programs as the start.
  • Letting IT pick a tool stack before the seat is named.
