If you run a mid-size shop, “talk to sales” usually means a deck and a follow-up. Leverwork’s book path is different on purpose: a 20-minute assessment that maps which routine back-office work you could hand off — and what estimated savings look like for your seats.
This post is for the owner of a 20–80 person shop who is deciding whether to book. It is not for ops/IT buyers shopping templates, and it is not a free-audit or AI-migration wedge.
What you walk in with
Come ready to name the seats that eat time every week: AP / reconciliation, support inbox, scheduling, reporting, or the routine work in a similar role. You do not need a polished requirements doc. You do need the owner’s view of which work is repetitive, rules-based, and stuck in systems your team already uses.
Fit check up front: Leverwork’s core door is owner-operated shops, typically 20–80 employees. CPA firms and pure accounting firms are outside who we serve.
What the 20 minutes are for
The assessment maps:
- Which routine work in a role could move to an AI worker (pull data, apply your rules, update systems, escalate when uncertain), with your team reviewing exceptions and approvals — not a chatbot bolted onto one inbox.
- Which systems the seat touches (API-connected tools first; RPA when there is no API).
- Estimated savings for your seats from the assessment math — not a public price list and not a warranty of results.
Public sample savings on the site are illustrative only until your assessment. A full-time AP / bookkeeping seat often costs about $68K–$74K a year in wages and benefits (our estimate from BLS 2025/2026 data); your numbers replace that line.
What you walk out with
You leave with a clear read on:
- Whether Standard is the right first deployment shape. Target go-live: about 30 days from kickoff. Your timeline is set in your SOW.
- What the one-time setup covers vs the monthly retainer (build/deploy vs run/optimize) — dollar amounts stay off the public site.
- How ownership works if you proceed: you own your data, accounts, and tools; Leverwork retains platform/AI IP; client-specific customizations transfer only if assigned in a signed SOW schedule.
You do not leave with a free audit pack or “we’ll work free until it pays for itself.” Fee/work pause language exists only when an SOW defines the fees, work, metric, and end condition — it is not a warranty of savings or results.
What this is not
- Not a product demo of a self-serve agent marketplace.
- Not a strategy workshop whose deliverable is a slide deck.
- Not a Lindy-style compare shopping trip;
/compare/pages are not the assessment.
