AI Systems Architect
About This Role
We don't need coders. We need system architects who understand how businesses work and can wield LLMs to automate them.
At Leverwork, we deploy autonomous AI agents that handle real business workflows—customer support, lead qualification, data processing, appointment scheduling, and more. Your job isn't to write code. Your job is to:
- Understand a client's messy, real-world business process
- Design an AI system that handles it end-to-end
- Build it using LLMs, AI agent platforms, and APIs
- Deploy, monitor, and iterate until it works reliably
If you're the type who sees a chaotic business operation and immediately starts mentally modeling how to systematize it—using AI where humans currently waste time—we want you.
What You Need
These are non-negotiable. We will test for these in the assessment.
- → Business systems thinking: You understand how organizations actually work—processes, decision chains, information flow, bottlenecks.
- → LLM fluency: You've gone beyond "AI is cool" and actually built things with LLMs. You understand their capabilities and limits.
- → Process decomposition: You can take a vague, messy business task and break it into clear, automatable steps.
- → Self-direction: You don't need to be micromanaged. You own outcomes, not tasks.
- → Speed and pragmatism: You ship fast and iterate. You don't get stuck seeking perfection.
Nice to Have
These help, but aren't required. We can teach these.
- Experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms
- Understanding of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), ERPs, and business software ecosystems
- Previous work in operations, consulting, or business analysis
- Written English good enough to document what you build
